Generic training material has its advantages – namely, it is inexpensive and readily available.

But sometimes generic material just doesn’t do the job. It might be that generic material doesn’t exist to fill your needs; perhaps you are commissioning a new facility, or are proposing a corporate-wide training program which needs to be on-message and on-brand. Or maybe you already have some very good material which you’d like in e-learning format.
