Format & Delivery

We take pride in making our e-learning programs as engaging and interactive as possible, because this helps trainees retain the training information in a more meaningful way.

Self-paced controls

We provide an intuitive interface allowing the trainee to pause, stop and repeat the training material, or choose a particular slide to view. This allows them to learn at their own pace, ensuring they fully understand the material and are able to use it as a reference tool.

Rich media

Our e-learning programs are fully narrated, containing photos, process flow diagrams, video and animations to stimulate and engage the trainee.

Quizzes

Our programs contain periodic interactive quizzes to act as learning checks – allowing the trainee to assess their own progress and determine whether they need to go over any material. We offer a variety of question types including true/false, multiple choice, drag-and-drop, sequences etc.

At the end of each program, trainees conduct a formal test (in a similar format to the interactive quizzes) and all results are recorded to our database and presented to your management for analysis (see the next tab for more details)

3D Interactions

A selection of our e-learning programs are complemented by 3D interactive modules. These incorporate scenarios which allow the trainee to put the information they have learnt into practice.

• The trainee navigates our Virtual Plant and selects an item of equipment
• They follow a procedure requiring them to perform typical operating activities such as opening valves, taking gauge readings and stopping/starting pumps
• The scenario is kept within safe limitations by the Virtual Supervisor, who warns the trainee if they conduct a dangerous operation
• The Virtual Supervisor also checks the trainee’s work to ensure a satisfactory outcome

Delivery

We offer a simple and effective method of delivery – we host all our e-learning programs and your trainees can access them from any computer in the world (subject to modest requirements). Your trainees simply visit our site and log on with a secure username/password. This method of delivery has numerous benefits:
