3D Equipment Library

PSR’s 3D Equipment Library is unlike our other programs, in that it is a non-linear permanent reference tool that trainees can dip into, in no particular order, to learn more about items of equipment commonly encountered in operating facilities.

In addition to the program’s usefulness for self-paced study, it is also an excellent resource to support classroom-based training.


The 3D Equipment Library is suitable for aspiring operators & new hires, through to more experienced operators, identifying:

  • The equipment in-situ and its operating function
  • Key external and internal components (supported by a component inspector with rotational, transparency, pan and zoom functions)
  • A process description (supported by animated Process Flow Diagrams )
  • 3D animations of the equipment in operation
